I’m afraid it would take a true patriot - the bleeding red, white and blue type - to really get behind this D&G Dolce and Gabbana Wendy Patch Shopper. What were our Italian boys thinking? And where do we start? Let’s go with the obvious: It’s a transparent tote bag. Enough said, really, but we can’t gloss over the red, navy and white leather panels that act as “patches” on this thing. They’re adhered by silver grommets and cover the entire bag from top to bottom. The one cool thing about this handbag? It can be manipulated into a variety of shapes because the PVC is so malleable. That, though, does not make it worth $795. Available at Nordstrom.
