This Kooba purse is a little like all of the bad parts of the ’80s thrown into one small bag. The neon yellow and purple are definitely bright, and when those colors are simply piping on a black bag, you know the colors must be bright. The Heather Clutch is a small piece of the Me era and why anyone would want to carry it around as opposed to a plain black clutch is beyond me. There’s a removable thin strap that can be packed away when you want a full-on clutch, and lined interior boasts a few patch pockets and a magnetic snap closure.
