While I love Marc Jacobs and more or less adore this Hobo Quilted Color-Block Shoulder Bag, I question the designer’s decision to use black leather and silver hardware on the shoulder strap. It’s like it was accidentally added to the wrong bag. That’s too bad, because I love the combination of ivory leather, milk chocolate trim and gold hardware on the bottom. A matching strap would have pulled it all together nicely. This purse is so versatile and chic, it would have been a great investment if the colors had all matched. Available to pre-order for $1675 at Bergdorf Goodman.

I'm a traditionalist too, the strap would've been better in the same colour combination as the bag.
