I may not be a big fan of the oddball Firebird purse, but I have to applaud Louis Vuitton for offering something highly unconventional and much more colorful and bold than the usual fare. Designed by Marc Jacobs and Richard Prince, its roots are clearly evident in the vibrant colors, unexpected decorative embellishments and overall design. It’s a roomy purse that shakes up LV’s classic monogram print with modern, edgy touches. I wouldn’t carry it, but it will appeal to those seeking something truly different from Louis Vuitton.
