Kate Spade KSNY Metallic Evening Nikolette doesn’t pass muster as either sensible
or stylish enough to do the job properly. Though the gleaming pebbled metallic leather, radiant in a vivid orange or elegant rose-gold, is luxurious, it alone isn’t enough to carry this sleek bag into elegant territory. Handheld envelope
clutches are slim, delicate and have their time and place, but they’re also fairly plain, nondescript and don’t do much to dress up an outfit. Unless your dress is heavily adorned and you really need to keep the accessories low-key, you can easily find something much more appropriate for a fun night out. The colors are gorgeous, though.
