This bag is another vegan creation from Stella McCartney, the only designer who gives two cents about creating cruelty-free handbags. The only high end designer, that is. While a lot of her purses are satin (I can understand the appeal, but try to leave the house with one of those things!), this one is patent, and actually constructed of PVC and gold hardware. The combination of gold and dark eggplant is gorgeous, but reads a lot better for fall than spring. Stella McCartney purses are seasonal, so keep this one in mind and pounce once retailers start to do markdowns mid-summer.
