Some handbags just look like their namesakes, don’t they? Wouldn’t you peg this Kate Spade KSNY Metallic Evening Small Babette as, well, a Babette? Cutesy and small, it has a homey appeal about it. It’s not even that glamorous, save for the metallic leather. The bow is more quaint than elegant, and the shape is more country cozy than downtown chic. From some angles, you’d swear you’re looking at a cute little purse for a second grader. In fact, I had something like this when I was a little girl, only it didn’t cost $395 and I probably carried it everywhere for days. This? I’m not sure if I could even carry it once!
