With this sagging economy, many of us have had to “postpone” our summer getaway plans. Well thanks to Botkier (by way of Nordstrom), you can at least feel like you’re on vacation with the St. Tropez Cutout Handle Satchel. All this bag’s missing is a sunny cocktail and handsome cabana boy to go with it, wouldn’t you agree?
While the purse is technically gold, it has a multi-metallic (you know? When it’s gold/silverfish?) quality that I quite fancy. White shorts, white tank and a plethora of silver jewelry would go quite nicely. And for fall/winter this would be so rich with chocolates, cremes and gold jewelry.
In addition to shopping around for a fun handbag, I’ll be sure to use a credit card that earns enough points to reward myself with a mid-winter holiday. At least, that’s what I keep telling myself. Stay tuned.
