Gap has concocted their own version of the bag that has been hot for well over a year now. The
Studded Leather Clutch from the
FW 08 Gap line is super cool by mass retailer standards. The soft leather, and hefty hardware make the bag look worlds more expensive than it is, and the interior is lined in a fine twill. The bag fits a lot of goodies, and there’s plenty of room for a cell phone, medium wallet, tins of mints, lip gloss. As you can see it isn’t the usual clutch. The grainy leather does make it a bit casual, but casual chic, for sure. That means it works for nice lunches and low key dates like the movies, coffee or simply mulling around on a crisp fall day.
