Chloe Gina Evening Bag

I really like this evening bag from Chloe.
Sophisticated and elegant, and a bit of a different
feel from most of Chloe’s other (over sized) leather
bags. This is a bag capitalizing on interrupted
symmetry and interrupted depth. The use of the black
chain and the bobbles on either side create a perfect
symmetry, that left on its own would make this bag
very conventional. The symmetry is smartly broken by
the long black tassel. All of this happening against
the background of cream leather, which is itself
interrupted by the braided patch on the front. The
result is a small bag with many interesting and
thoughtful elements that come together to provide a
positive result for the eyes. This one costs 1,105.
