Marc Jacobs Amy Hobo with Zippers

I wasn’t sure whether I liked this one. It’s
certainly a new look among Marc Jacobs’ leather
handbags. The smooth vertical lines give it an
elegance that his classic hobos haven’t expressed in
the past. One doesn’t normally associate the hobo bag
with elegance, but here we have just that. And I like
it. It’s sleek too, and polished, but still a hobo as
we see from the top of the bag. So, a purse
exhibiting fundamentally contrasting elements of
style, and quite an interesting creation as a result.
I’m not sure I’d purchase this for myself, but I do
admire it, and on the appropriate woman, it could
certainly work.
