This Tory Burch Elizabeth Tote, that gives a nod to Elizabethan England, is old world glamorous without being too Medieval Times. Although I am not typically a fan of snake skin, I surprisingly find the snake skin detailing on this bag subtle and elegant; and it contrasts well with the glazed brown leather. I also love how the Tory Burch logo, instead of being a solid piece of hardware, is instead a stitched snakes skin logo framed inside a golden hardware ring. This surprising little detail makes me love the snake skin even more! The only downfall of this bag is the price. Retailing at $495, the Elizabeth Tote is typically priced for a Tory Burch bag; but because of this bag’s medieval design, let’s face it, it won’t go with everything, and if you are going to dish out $400+ on a Tory Burch handbag, your money might be better suited to something that has more of an everyday look.
