Marc Jacobs East/West Clutch

There’s something a bit masculine about this Marc Jacobs east/west clutch. It’s attractive, but in a very studious, somber way. Could you crack a smile while wearing this? Would you even want to? I’m a huge MJ fanatic, but the combination of sleek, straightforward black leather with a logo-engraved metal corner is a bit dull to me. It’s the type of bag I might carry to an equally dull affair. At 11.5″ wide, it’s more than spacious enough to hold a few of your possessions, but I think $400 could be much more well spent.
