Default Pictures from my (Kitsch's) recent trip to Hong Kong

Pictures from my recent trip to Hong Kong

By: Kitsch K.

Last week I went on a short vacation to Asia’s bright city Hong Kong. It was a four-day trip which made me realize how advanced fashion in Asia is. The girls on the street are fashionably dressed in different styles – some are posh, some are fun while some are casual. Because of the cold January weather, skinny jeans and boots were a staple along with sleek black and brown trenches. The thing that struck me most was how updated these Hong Kong women (even men) were with bags. Almost everyone is trotting signature bags - from YSL Muses to LV Speedys to Gucci Hobos. It was such a magnificent sight walking by the streets and seeing the giant stores of these fashion giants. Hong Kong may be far city to Westerners, but it definitely isn’t far away from following fashion’s direction.

Wow! It's like Paris. I hope to go there this year. It's just an hour by plane from where I am. Did you ever get the chance to visit Hongkong Disneyland?

Thanks for sharing Kitsch! The only thing I wonder about is whether or not those girls are sporting fakes since Asia is a huge supplier of such merchandise. Still, it's nice to see a veritable fashion show while walking the streets - you don't see that too much, even in NYC.
