Identify Ashlee Simpson’s Yellow Clutch

Man, one nose job and Ashlee Simpson has emerged with a hot new face, to-die-for highlights, and impeccable style. It almost - almost - makes me want to go under the knife. Ms. Simpson’s latest must-have accessory is this canary yellow large gathered clutch, which comes with a tiny wrist strap. The soft ruched leather reminds me of Miu Miu, and the color is fabulous for spring and summer - it just makes me think of sunshine.
Can you guess her bag?

yeah I think yellow is the hardest color to pull off. But that yellow clutch looks good with her.

i think it's too big to carry..it's not a clutch size anymore! hehe.it should have a shoulder strap. anyway i love jessica's bright colored bag better..the one she carried in one pic with john mayer...i think it's somewhere in this forum

yeah i can't find any outfit to match with it, maybe black, white, grey, and cream/beige
