Everytime I see Brittney Spears she's dressed frumpy and way too casual for going out.

Yea, Brittney is going through post child birth depression. I went through it and thought I was totally fine until I looked back at my behavior. Whoa.

She's quite Z-list, but Jodie Marsh (British glamour model) is the worst dressed in my opinion.

She once went to a red carpet event wearing nothing but three belts. Two thin ones were crossed over her chest, then a wider one was used as a 'skirt'. She looked dreadful.

I also agree about Britney, although I've recently seen pics of her looking a little better.
