If we were to dish out a “Most Improved Style” award this year, Hilary Duff would surely be in the running. She’s gone from bubblegum princess to sexy lady almost overnight, and I’m loving the edgy all-black outfit she’s rocking in this pic. It’s hard to make out the oversized clutch she’s holding (LV Limelight?), but I love how the orangey-metallic hue adds a nice contrast to her look. Cute tights Hil!

I would have to agree with you that her style has certaintly improved since she first entered the limelight. I think she looks great here, and so much more sophisticated than she did last year!
