Golden Globes Cancelled

Did anybody here miss celebrity watching due to the cancellation of the Golden Globes Awards, as a result of the writer's strike?

writers are gonna be carrying alot smaller purses after all this

I suspect they'll hold out till the issue of Internet revenues is at least acknowledged like the producers.

That's what happened a year ago with ACTRA, and I'm sure SAG will hold their ground when their time comes, too.

what about the service union in nevada? Will they hold out if Obama does not win?

My boyfriend is an actor here in L.A. and it's terribly slow due to the writer's strike.....I hope it's resolved soon!!!!

I do remember that a section of the culinary workers in front of the Frontier Hotel in Las Vegas were on strike for years.

Yes, richard, I had the wrong union name. That is the bunch that's arguing over where they can vote in primaries and of course, whether or not they support hillary or obama.

Does anyone know of a Union supporting any republican candidates?
