Good Charlotte tours. To kill some time, Ms. Hilton visits an orphanage in Pretoria… in a stark white ensemble with embellishments, a country club-worthy hat, and a face full of makeup. Ms. Hilton must have known the press would be following her because she toted a
handbag from her own line, emblazoned with her name on it. To make things look more believable, she even cradled some orphans for a photo-op — look at the terrified expression on that child’s face! Ahhhh, Paris — what would we do without her?
