purse has become one of Hilary’s go-to carryalls. Though she’s not exactly dressed up here, Hilary is one of the few celebrities who almost always looks cute no matter what she’s wearing. In this case, she’s sporting paint-splattered jeans, UGGS, a baggy black top and a Burberry scarf as she takes her dog to the vet. It’s all such a mess on paper, but she somehow pulls off this sloppy-chic thing anyway.
