Would you marry someone with children?

Did you ever considering getting married with someone who has children from their first marriage? Do you think it will cause problems when you start having children of your own, like loving your own child more?

Thankfully this wasn't a concern when my husband and I met and married, but I had given it thought before I met him as I was starting to get a little older and the number of divorcees was getting larger in my age range.

I can't say that I wouldn't have married someone with children, but it would have been harder on the relationship. Becoming a step parent is touchy ground because you're not the child's mother, you're only the woman that married their father. I don't think I would've had a problem loving the child(ren) like my own, it would just take some adjusting to get used to the boundries of being a step parent and trying not to overstep them.

I don't have this dilema right now because my boyfriend doesn't have any children, but it would depend on how the children reacted to me, like if they liked me enough and like if they spend time with their mother and other factors like that.
