Do you have hookups or relationships? A new book called Unhooked discusses how today's young women are uninterested in and too busy for relationships. Instead, they have lots and lots of anonymous hookups. What do you think of this?

i think it's possible..i went through some articles about women in japan and countries which have a similar workaholic culture where they actually pay men for special services...

It happens. Not everyone wants the relationship, just companionship and whatever else on an occassional basis. To each his own.

specially in this internet age...this is becoming a common thing.....people are buzy to socialize in person and more than happy to do it online...and the anonymity makes it all the more fascinating...

I wouldn't do this if I were single. I'm not interested in casual relationships, I only ever went out with people if I thought it could be a longer term thing.

Maybe I'm just old fashioned like that.
