Default Postpartum depression

It's no joke. It's real. I hear many women say that it's all in your head. I went through it and it's terrible. I had bad thoughts, I was always crying and I wasn't thinking clearly. I was also having panic attacks. Those were the worst. I couldn't eat of drink.

I took some medication to help me through but in about three weeks time I was feeling a little better.

See your doctor if you have some of these symptoms after having a baby.

It really is hugely important to seek help for this. The post partum period is when you are supposed to be getting used to motherhood and bonding with your baby. If you are suffering from post partum depression, it can seriously affect your bonding.
