Mothers of Girls

I understand that potty training is different for boys than it is girls, so this is more a question for mothers of girls.

My little one is having some sleeping problems. She keeps waking up in the night with a full bladder, and taking her to go potty wakes her up completely. She won't go back to sleep even if she has only slept five hours to that point.

It's killing me! I am putting her in pull ups to bed, as my cloth trainers haven't arrived yet and she refuses to let me put a diaper on her, but she won't pee in it.

Advice? Words of encouragement? Tell me this will pass!

How old is your daughter?

I know that potty training isn't something you can force, and it would be okay to wait just a little bit up until the age of 3, as far as I know. It's not uncommon for a parent to stop trying, and then it happens naturally.

Just be patient with her britjojo.She will eventually give you clues as to when she is ready.And when she is ready be prepared to jump for joy.It takes time.
