Default Mattresses

Hi,
My boyfriend and I have been having lower back pain since we got our new mattress about 4 months ago but neither of us realized that it was our mattress...does anyone know of a good mattress that is affordable (we are both still in school so not too much extra money) we want a tempurpedic but those are too expensive. Any ideas anyone?

watch around for big sales and end of season sales. Sometimes you can find a store closing or just clearing out their old merchandise and you can pick up name brand things for huge discounts.

I agree with Medako look for businesses that are going out of business. My parents just got a really nice bedroom set from a place closing for under $400. Original price was close to $1100.

I don't know of a really good brand name, but do your research. You really pay for a bad mattress,, I know what you mean. I think the Sealy brand is supposed to be one of the better ones.

I don't know of any good brands, but I do know that mattress stores will sometimes sell discounted mattresses and boxsprings if you're willing to take a mis-matched set. I'm not sure if you would need another boxspring though.
