With an internal ultrasound they'll be able to see if there is a problem with the overies or something on the inside that could be causing a problem thats noticiable on the outside.
I can't offer you advice other then make an appointment for the doctors or OB's office.I wouldn't put it off to long either in case there is a more serious issue.
