Default Do you vote?

Did you vote in the last election? Do you plan to vote in the next one? People say women in our generation are less political... is this true?

I vote. I do think more people need to voice their opinions. I know lots of people who say they don't vote cause the other guy will win anyway...

It doesn't matter! You need to vote!

I personally feel, and no offense to anyone, if you don't vote, you don't have a right to complain about how bad things are going (politically). If you voted, at least you tried changing things...

I vote too! I also follow the politics, and can have a conversation/discussion about politics. (I live in the Netherlands tough, so it's hard to test me out, lol)

I think it's good to vote, but much better to know WHY you are voting for that person. So much people don't know, and only vote on that person because "he looks nice", "he was at that popular radio show and talked about the beatles", "my parents vote for him". Yuck!

Also the campaigns are not about the points they stand for, only to get their name noticed. It's weird.

Ahh, I'm so happy to hear that we're voting! I guess the better question is, how do we vote (if that isn't too personal of a question to ask)? Are women still Democrats (as we traditionally are) or are we leaning to become Republicans?

i so very much agree with you...one should definitely exercise one's right to vote..and help shape up the government they want to see...as we have a strong saying..that it takes every single drop to have a full jug of water...

I have never voted before. I think I might start this coming election...for somewhat obvious reasons.

I voted in the last major election, but I don't vote in the local ones. I am interested in politics, but only on a national scale - the local council inspire apathy in pretty much everyone when it comes to local issues.
