In the photos captured above, it is clear that Hilary’s look is not only hot, but mature, classy and 100% fabulous! The 23-year-old entertainer has been out and about promoting her new book, Elixir, and has already begun writing the second book of this three part series, so I’m sure it won’t be long before she’s spotted again all dolled up, astonishing us with her looks and charm out on the promotional trail.
