Okay, so the Billy Idol ‘do is a little OTT, but otherwise I think Kelly Obsourne looks pretty fierce in her boyish turquoise blazer (Alexander Wang?) and luxe Chanel purse. She’s come a long way from her Hot Topic days, that’s for sure. The rock heiress was out in London in support of Meat Free Mondays, a weekly veggie commitment that I could definitely get down with. Just like I could totally get down with that Chanel…love it!

Make way, people! Diva coming through! With those giant black shades, glitzy gold jacket, and large Chanel black leather tote, Jessica Simpson looks every inch a Hollywood starlet. Jessica has had this tote for a while, but it still looks fresh and on trend - Chanel is always in style. And you just know that the Louis Vuitton case in the background is Jess’s too - lucky duck.

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz isn’t the type of gal I’d typically expect to see wearing a blue and white checked dress, but there’s nothing wrong with getting your Dorothy on. The singer gives her frock an edgy twist by pairing it with black tights, booties, and an enticing ruched Chanel purse. I’m not 100% certain that everything flows, but it’s hard to find much fault with Chanel. What do you think?

You can tell that Beyonce’s taste for expensive designer purses runs in the family. Sasha Fierce grabbed her white Valentino handbag for a family outing with sister Solange and her son, plus mama Tina Knowles with her own quilted Chanel handbag. Dane Kruger has really emerged as one of the new designer handbag-obsessed starlets. We’ve seen her with Goyard, we’ve seen her with Alexander McQueen, and now we’re seeing her with Chanel. Of course, Diane’s eclectic fashion sense means she’s not going to go for the classic black quilted 2.55, but rather this funkier embellished version. Hey, I can get down with originality. If the rumors are true, the second “Sex and the City” film should start production this summer - which means SJP’s dark locks are on a death watch. Thank God. Though I typically love Sarah Jessica’s style, and you know I worship Chanel, this look falls a little flat for me. The tuxedo jacket is too boxy and oversized, the mega-dose of black screams “I couldn’t be bothered,” and the neon pink heels are a little too late. Oh, and Matthew: please stop dressing like Orville Redenbacher.

Honestly, I would wear this exact ensemble as is, and I love that Kiki opted for the gray bag rather than basic black just to mix it up. Welcome back to the fashion fold.

Listen, I’m all for mixing it up and eclectic tastes, but I don’t see the point of pairing a dainty designer bag with a just-came-from-Woodstock-and-I’m-still-picking-mud-out-of-my-bra outfit.
