Oh, Vicky, you’re always keeping us on our toes, aren’t you? Well, I’ll say this: fabulous Hermes Birkin, darling. Now if I could just wrap my head around the rest of your ‘daring’ ensemble. To be honest, I don’t know whether to love it or hate it. True, for Milan Fashion Week anything goes, but perhaps someone should remind Posh that a) it’s a fashion show, not a funeral, and b) she’s in her 30s, so she should stop dressing like Carrie Donovan (RIP). The hair accessory is pretty, but perhaps a tad too kooky for this severe all-black look.

Newlywed (again) Heidi Montag managed to give hubby Spencer Pratt the slip and instead spent some quality time with sis-in-law Stephanie and a flashy lime green Hermes Birkin purse. I love me some Hermes, if not some Heidi, but the lime hue is a bit too Kermity for her pastel top. I’d have gone for a soft white instead.

I for one love Nicole’s flawless blend of high-end luxury with downtown cool - it breathes new life into the classic bag. And I’m totally on board with the signature Hermes orange - unconventional, maybe, but vibrant and fresh. Start saving those pennies, girls.

Nicole Richie may not be on the radar the way she once was, but that can be chalked up to having a child, becoming a near-wife to a fellow celeb, and oh yeah, STILL dealing with her run-in with the law from over two years ago. Nicole paid yet another visit to her defensive driving school and this time, she wasn’t playing around. Carrying an Hermes Birkin is one way to say, I’m a celeb and you’re not, but her drab ensemble definitely identifies with the “little people.” Or, you know, the homeless. From here, Nicole’s Birkin looks to be a brilliant orange, but not the signature orange Hermes is known for. This shade is a little darker, and it appears to be the standard togo leather topped with gold hardware. Yum!

I die! Bananas! I, uh…skipped lunch? Rachel Zoe gets props for her rocker-chic ensemble (very Kate Moss, don’t you think), and that black Hermes Birkin is certainly gorgeous. BUT. Is it just me or does the celebrity stylist desperately need to take some of that Bravo money and invest in a donut? Or twenty.

Whoa, mama! New York City - where Katie Holmes is starring on Broadway - seems to be having a positive effect on the starlet’s style. Jean shorts may not be everyone’s taste, but I love jolt of sass they give her. The black tights, menswear-inspired layering, and garnet-hued scarf add up to a fabulous autumn ensemble. And of course we can’t forget that fantastic Hermes Birkin purse (a loaner from Victoria Beckham, perhaps?). It ties the look together and delivers a touch of class without feeling stuffy. Love it!

Frankly, I don’t know which I want more: the delicious David Beckham, or the to-die-for Hermes Birkin Victoria’s toting. Hmmm…how about the Birkin, hand-delivered by David? Though I love love love the purse, I’m not crazy about Posh’s questionable airport ensemble. The burgundy top is nice, and looks great against the taupe bag, but those painted-on leather leggings just aren’t cutting it (how’d you like to sit on a plane in those circulation-blocking babies?). And, not to get too picky, but Posh’s beige trilby clashes with the bag. But hey, nobody’s perfect. Except for David, I mean.
