Joining them on the adventure is a Juicy Couture bag, which I suspect Jessica is using as a very trendy diaper bag. I’m not usually a huge JC fan, but I like this bag’s simplicity - just a black base and a white logo strap. Way to get that girl off on the right path.

The Daydreamer Heart Medallion Bag is an amazing celebration of girly goodness - it’s fun, charming and pink. With striped handles, two side pockets, an exterior ID window, and, oh yeah, a big bow, it’s definitely a head turner and will likely be a fave amongst at least some of the teen set. Now this sale only applies at Juicy Couture freestanding boutiques. Not Juicy items at your favorite department stores or small boutiques, but only Juicy boutiques nationwide. They wow-ed us with 30% off all tracksuits before Christmas, and now all of the sale merchandise is an additional 25% off. This brings basic velour hoodies to a little under $60 and embellished thermal and velour hoodies to about $80 (a steal for anyone who knows Juicy). There’s also a lot of cute dresses, skirts and blouses that are perfect for work, and tons of glittered t-shirts with the brand’s logo. For bags, there’s mostly velour items left (I guess everyone scooped up the leather for holiday gift giving), but there are fab deals to be had. We spotted a Daydreamer Tote for a mere $125.

A great example of a woman who hasn’t aged a bit since her 20s - singer Lisa Loeb, who looks as youthful and cute today as she did in 1994. Here she is at the opening party for the Juicy Couture 5th Avenue flagship store in New York City, looking pretty smashing (and just a wee bit like Sarah Palin) in her little black dress. On her arm swings Juicy Couture’s Flap Lock Flash Bag, a bold yet practical sort of choice that I wouldn’t normally peg as an opening night accessory. For me, juicy bags are either hit or miss. The ones made out of velour and sweatpants, I wouldn’t touch those with a 10 foot pole. On the other hand, Juicy’s leather collection usually has me reaching for my credit card. That being said, I adore this Juicy Couture Flap Lock Fluffy Bag. Made of textured cowhide, this bag has an urban safari look; a great fall bag that will transition well into the winter. Shown here in brown, this bag is also available in black, but I think the design and golden hardware look much better with the brown. If juicy continues to make purses like this one, I will gladly overlook the unfortunate velour catastrophes. Available at Saks for $375
