What I really like about this Miu Miu Faux Shearling and Leather Tote is that…well, it’s made of fake fur. Granted, the leather is the real deal, so I don’t quite understand the design decision (they couldn’t possibly have been thinking about how to make it affordable), but never mind that. The fur adds a cool, unexpected layer of plush finesse to what would otherwise be a Plain Jane black bag. We all have enough of those, so it’s about time a little faux fur entered the mix. Year after year, wool, fleece and felt lead the pack of fabrics that serve as reminders of cool weather. Miu Miu seems to have a lock on cute clutches this season. From creatively-shaped frames to rich colors, nothing in the lineup has been left untouched. Miu Miu has quite a few surprises up its sleeve this fall. That’s evident in the case of their Asymmetric Oversized Wool-Felt Clutch, a bag which would be fairly boring if not for its unusually-shaped frame.
