Prepare to be blown away. For fall/winter 2014, Zac Zac Posen presented an array of handbags all dressed up for every facet of a woman’s life. Sophisticated? No doubt. Classy? They’ll make you feel that way even when you’re in a style slump. Special enough to stand out, even amongst other Posen creations? Oh, yes. Here’s what I would love to carry away with me.
The Eartha Top Handle is a bag divided. It’s glossy black PVC, it’s supple aubergine calf leather. It’s a little bit of gold hardware. It’s geometric. It’s understanding of a woman’s desire to be different without looking absurd. This encompasses everything I love about the Posen brand.
If ever there was a bag to covet, it’s the Eartha Barrel Satchel. The silhouette is cool and refined, the pale lavender hue fresh and feminine, the design timeless. Any outfit will earn posh points with this added to the mix.
A color called “Vineyard” makes my mouth water, and sure enough, a bag coated in the wine-inspired hue is just as delectable. The Daphne Satchel is simply beautiful – very representative of the Posen lineup as a whole, with outward femininity built into extreme functionality. If I owned this, I’d carry it every day, year round.
