Back in the 1980s, I dreaded the very sight of composition notebooks. Their presence on the shelves meant it was almost time to go – dun, dun, dun! – back to school. (Later on, composition books became my friends. They were what my English professors favored for our journals, which, ultimately, helped me become a more proficient writer. I still have some of those suckers!) I haven’t seen one of those black-and-white-speckled covers in quite a while, but Kate Spade apparently thought, hey, adults need to have fun, too. So the team there dreamed up the Composition Notebook iPad Folio, which I must admit is actually rather clever!
