Unique, indeed: This Michael Kors Flap Bag is classic-meets-trendy all the way. The bag itself is all clean lines and sophistication. Its simplicity is welcome, because the “chain” strap is so complex that it deserves to stand out. Composed of metal rings and wide lucite connectors, it celebrates the popularity of the translucent jewelry seen all over the spring 2010 runways. It’s super hip and stylish, but my only qualm is its comfort level – or lack thereof. How do giant chunks of lucite feel on a shoulder, anyway? Available for $495 at Nordstrom.
