Damn these English brands and their refined, steeped-in-luxury bags (with price tags to match, natch). Belstaff has been around for almost a century, and is known for its line of jackets. In mid-2011 the label was purchased by home fragrance mastermind Harry Slatkin, and the rest – all 18 months of it, at least – is history. Belstaff has undergone quite the makeover, now offering a full line of apparel (including leather shirts and dresses and updated versions of their storied jackets), shoes and handbags. The Dorchester 36 Woven Leather Satchel stands out as the clear winner: it’s beautifully fashioned to put an entirely new spin on colorblocking, and the navy, beige and ivory color palette is simply classic. Pre-order it now and it will ship in February. Available for $2850 at Neiman Marcus.
