Like it or not, feminized (shall we say) Halloween spins on favorite characters and costumes are here to stay; I’m just glad this is a “sassy” Cookie Monster costume and not a creepy, vamped up version with blue platforms that would make the original Gordon spin in his grave. I’m a fan of this campy costume idea, but there are other things I could be doing with sixty bucks. I propose that instead of spending your dough on a Muppet costume you won’t ever wear again, you find a bright blue dress, stick a couple of Styrofoam ball eyes on a headband, and carry this Decor Craft Chocolate Chip Cookie Wallet. You’ll be commended for your creativity instead of your childishness. If you already have a blue dress, it’ll be an extraordinarily thrifty costume; this wallet is only $4.80 on Amazon.
