When I saw this bag by Roberta di Camerino I was instantly drawn to it. With the line of fall handbags waiting in the wings in the usual colors of rust and burgundy and cocoa brown, this was a refreshing change. While I don’t usually buy purple handbags, the colorblock combo of the Medium Caravel Silk Velvet Top Handle bag does seem to work.  And instead of leather and snakes and crocs, oh my, this bag is on the other end of the spectrum, covered in silk velvet – could it be any softer?
