Every now and then a somewhat obscure brand will pop up on the radar, and I’ll wonder how on earth I hadn’t heard of them before (handbag junkie that I am). I’m not familiar with Tulu, but I’m charmed by the label’s Zipper Rose Faux Leather Flap Clutch. It’s a sweet little accessory adorned with rosettes.
