I don’t get it.  Sometimes Burberry handbags are just amazing and sometimes they look like Liz Clairborne for Kohls.  The Haymarket bag offers nothing new or fancy.  Just a high price for the same old.  And trimming the bag in gold metallic leather is just so not pretty.  This purse has nothing to get me excited.  Burberry Plaid is an instant classic, but this silhouette is wrong and looks like a knock off of itself.  Is that even possible? Well, color me jealous. Not only did Claudia Schiffer and Milla Jovovich get to attend the spring Chanel show at Paris Fashion Week, but they also had some (appropriate) Chanel 2.55 purses to flash with their designer duds. Way to rub it in ladies. With her camel-hued sweater dress, leopard accessories, and sleek black purse, the stunning, flawlessly turned-out Claudia has me wondering why she’s not on the cover of every fashion magazine anymore (I can live without seeing Angelina breast-feeding, thanks very much). Balenciaga had the big ‘It’ bag a few seasons ago with their motorcycle-inspired styles. This season’s City collection is a ramped up version of that.
