On paper, this Prada Nappa Fringe Convertible Tote sounds lovely: black fringed nappa leather, double leather handles, detachable leather cross-body strap, Prada logo. But then there’s the reality of the bag, which, quite frankly, conjures up images of a furry dog, an person’s head, or, worse, Cher. Fringe is just so hard to pull off, even for a master like Miucchia Prada. I’d have to pass on this tote - which is fortunate for me, considering it comes with a $2,450 price tag.
